The role of the Talent Program Expert is to deliver the global and local programs’ agenda for our Talent Programs with a focus on Europe and also to be involved in on-site support related to the events across the region. You will actively lead the planning process for the 4 trainee programs, coordinating the events, managing the budget, identifying process improvements, and reporting accordingly. Being the main point of contact for trainees during the programs, you’ll be working in a fast paced environment and in return, we will reward you with fast-track career progression.

The role:

  • Benchmark programs vs other organisations and market trends
  • Support transformation of programs with program owners (new program components, implement global changes to GMT program in Europe, using evaluation data to recommend improvements)
  • Making sure all trainees can start their program with the right equipment and accesses (onboarding) – stakeholder management with MasterData, IT, PBPs, PCICs, Egencia, etc.
  • Ensure all trainees receive the necessary communications about the program, agenda and events
  • Ensure VPs, BU presidents and other trainers of the program are well informed about their involvement in the program
  • Manage bookings of all logistics (meeting rooms, catering, accommodation, occasionally flights, etc.) for all events.
  • Coordination with business and external supporter on regular status of program execution
  • On-site support for training events (ensuring smooth delivery of date, technical setup, room set up, coordinating participants and speakers)


Who we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years’ experience in Learning & Development, HR or Event Management
  • Experience in training programs
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills
  • Proven campaign and/or event delivery skills
  • Proactive in anticipating challenges and highly responsive in solving issues and responding to client needs
  • Thrives on working in a fast moving environment, creative, where managing ambiguity is a motivator
  • Ability to produce and analyze data to assist in reporting and problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to present effectively via PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrable project management skills
  • Fluent in English
