Company owns and operates office complex in exclusive areas of Prague. The office buildings have a high standard of services. Property investment is the main focus of our activities with commercial projects forming the backbone of the strategy.

We're looking for a suitable candidate to drive asset management activities for an attractive, Czech property investor and developer.

Skilled ASSET MANAGER is to take responsibility for the following activities:

  • Being in touch with tenants, managing business issues and negotiations, prolonging contracts
  • Tendering and managing external contractors (such as security, maintenance and other)
  • Very good know-how of the local commercial market
  • Documentation related to suppliers‘invoices – checking of all invoices and expenses related to operation of the properties,
  • Supervising the budget creation, finalizing and updates, the tenancy schedules and service charge reconciliations
  • Preparing regular reports, reporting to a Head of Investment Management
  • To perform the role well, suitable candidate should have around 4 years of experience in asset management in office market with focus on a client.
  • You should also have a university degree (at least bachelor).

Professional presentation, effective communication skills, dynamic personality with client facing skills are very important, good English together with Czech/Slovak are also expected.
