We are a global e-commerce platform used by millions of customers used by celebrities to sell their merchandise or raise money for charities. We have offices in Los Angeles and Prague.

We want you to:

Help our customers from all over the world resolve issues via email, chat, and social mediaAssist campaign creators in launching awesome campaigns
Monitor campaign operations and fix problems
Ensure that our products are shipped securely and received promptly
Optimize our customer support with critical thinking and innovative solutions
Have advanced responsibilities based on proficiency
