Finance Analytics System Superuser
We are looking for someone, whose knowledge of financial systems&softwares is big enough, that he/she is able to create new reports and outcomes.
Key areas of the position will be promoting and developing the IBM Analytics tools (GP and G&A) in Assistance Services, working with existing and creating new reporting processes, and supporting the Assistance Finance community with data reporting.
• Development of data and reporting tools based on IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Cognos or SQL Databases in an efficient way to fulfil user reporting needs
• Developing data analysis strategies that optimize statistical/reporting efficiency and quality.
• Promoting correct usage of the system.
• Testing new functionalities.
• Training TM1 champions on new functionalities, new reports and dashboards
• Providing support to Commercial Analytics team for Invoiced Sales related projects analysis and reporting.
• Maintaining and developing the MS Power BI Reporting
• Working experience with Finance (Accounting background), Data Analysis
• Experience with TM1 and Power BI is advantage
• Technical skills to be able to work with different platforms (IBM Planning Analytics, SQL Server, MS Power BI, Excel, Cognos)
• Solid foundation on Management Reporting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Drive to understand complex structures between company’s systems and applications
• Able to work under pressure, deliver results and observe deadlines
