For our Client - international production company (wastewater treatment equipment) - we are looking for a motivated and experienced candidate for the position Head of Sales / Sales Manager.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Define, lead, and execute on Europe’s customer acquisition, marketing and customer base growth initiatives
  • Leading the international sales team (5 FTE sales, 1 FTE marketing, 2 FTE back office, 3 FTE service) – manage the whole sales cycle with a big focus on growth, creating and implementing strategic business plans
  • Develop new long-term business relationships with customers, end-users or distributors
  • Account management – providing excellent customer care and technical support to existing clients and new prospects
  • Actively participate in international trade fairs and professional events abroad throughout the year
  • Formation of commercial offers, business negotiations, sales, closing deals and preparation of contracts
  • Active expansion of our client base via acquisition and managing clients within CRM system
  • Cooperation with Accounting Department
  • Develop market knowledge and a solid contact network
  • Reporting to CEO

Key skills:

  • Proven track record of successfully closed deals
  • More than 5 years of successful business experience in technical or industry B2B segment
  • Proven experience in leading a sales team
  • Business creativity, ability to negotiate successfully,
  • Person with understanding technical drawings and mechanics
  • Experience with trade shows is an advantage
  • Improvement oriented mindset, a tendency for continuous growth
  • Ability to identify and implement new business opportunities
  • Fluent level of English; any other language as advantage
  • Excellent communication skill – oral, written
  • Willingness to travel, driving license B (active driver)
