To ensure the coverage of the training needs within the individual areas; constantly updated training

Your tasks:

  • Supports the Human Resources Manager
  • Analyses and validates the training needs of workers by developing individual or group training plans;
  • Participates in the skills monitoring;
  • Selects and recruits the staff (examines the applications, reviews the CVs, conducts cognitive interviews with the staff);
  • Elaborates statistics relating to personnel;
  • Provides administrative tasks

This is what you already have:

  • 2-3 years of experience;
  • high school or university degree;
  • friendliness in interpersonal relationships;
  • knowledge of MS Office;
  • upper-intermediate or fluent English;
  • ability to work in a team;
  • organizational skills;
  • good listening and communication skills;
  • confidentiality
  • detail-oriented personality
  • excellent communication skills
  • pro-active approach
  • Italian language knowledge is an advantage (not a must)
