We are looking for a hardworking and open-minded candidate for Finance Analyst position to support all financial and reporting activities for Global Payments s.r.o. in all the four markets the joint venture is currently present (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Austria). The succesfull candidate will provide us with effective controlling and reporting of the company and excellent support for management decisions via regular and ad hoc reporting, business pack presentations and data analysis. Part of the role will be also pricing support.

Prepare reports for management / shareholders / national banks
Month end close reporting and analytical reviews, quick follow up for unusual variances
Reports and evaluates the performance of countries, segments, channels, merchants
Reporting for customer & merchant/channel profitability and related reporting
Preparation of business pack presentation to management and supervisory board
Ad hoc support/what if analysis/dashboards requirements, cost centre reporting
Active participation in the company Budget process, monthly Forecasts and related matters
Close cooperation with Sales and others in aggregating inputs for Budget, Forecasts
Hyperion submissions of Budget and Forecast as well as related regular reporting
Maintain the updates of the bridge Accounting - Excel reporting – Forecasting system;
Vendor payments control and authorization.
Participate in pricing and retention models, calculations and administration
Skills, qualifications and knowledge
2 years of experience in finance, preferably in acquiring or card business, but not a must
Practical experience with P&L analysis in Excel, ideally also with customer profitability reporting, daily support of sales department
Experience with larger data sets, data warehouse and reporting is advantage
Knowledge of generally binding regulations and legal framework
Ability to well plan, stick to deadlines, organize and drive results
Solid sense for numerical details
Great communication and presentation skills
Good teamwork, persistency and hardworking
Ability to meet deadlines
The candidate must be skilled in Microsoft Office suite - Windows; Word, Excel (advanced), PowerPoint. Knowledge of Hyperion, Power BI, MS Access is advantage
Full-time job for indefinite period, prefered start date from August 2021
