Repro Interior is part is the Snoeks Automotive Group and is specialized in upholstery for car seat covers, headrests and armrests. Our 5000m2 facilities in Litvinov provides home to over 150 qualified employees and our modern production equipment. We deliver JIT against the highest standards set in the automotive industry and have the ambition to expand our customer base and product portfolio into other markets.

We are looking for a self-motivator with an entrepreneurial mindset, good commercial instincts and business acumen that is eager to take on the responsibility to grow our business.

Roles and Responsibilities – your impact

You will:

  • Report directly into the MD;
  • Overachieve your quarterly and annual sales targets;
  • Manage the entire sales process from scratch to closure;
  • Create long term results whilst maintaining a long term perspective;
  • Build a network, create and foster intimate customer relationships from C-suite to junior level stakeholders to enhance our share of wallet;
  • Proactive Account Planning: prospect, identify and quality opportunities, create and manage the sales funnel and respond to inbound sales requests;
  • Build Account Strategies, with a unique value proposition and effective selling strategy, by considering the competitive landscape and leveraging our competencies;
  • Cultivate mutual beneficial relationships and collaborate with our professionals in the commercial and operational teams;
  • Build business cases and ROI analyses in conjunction with Operations director and drive speed of execution;
  • Build your own sales management information dashboards in our CRM system and provide solid forecasting and revenue delivery.

Requirements – your experience & qualifications

You bring:

  • Proven track record of creating new business by applying, strategic value based sales techniques;
  • Bachelor in Business administration or other relevant commercial subject
  • 3 years relevant front-end experience;
  • Strong negotiation skills, agility, creativity, team player mindset and resilience;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Czech, English and ideally other languages
