STRATEGIC SOURCING BUYER
Your main responsibilities:
- Establish, analyze and optimize the business’s procurement strategy ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Select and evaluate supplier selection, develop partnerships
- Collaborate with support programs as sourcing core team member, partners with the program manager, internal clients, and stakeholders to identify Program sourcing needs and provide support for Refrigeration Supply Chain organization
- Identify new suppliers and analyze suppliers’ operation to determine factors that affect prices
- Monitor industry trends and evolving technology to proactively minimize risk, protect the continuity of supply and utilize emerging opportunities
- Negotiate contracts, specify qualified sources of supply, in full alignment with Global category managers and sites Supply chain leadership
Our expectations:
- Economical or Supply Chain university degree
- 5 years of procurement and strategic sourcing experience in the related industry
- Knowledge of Ukraine, Turkey, Indian and East Asian markets as an advantage
- Proficiency in strategic sourcing software, MS Office, and SAP R/3 knowledge
- Ability to manage projects establish clear goals and accountabilities to ensure successful delivery
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities, accept and enjoy challenges
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Advanced English language knowledge, any other European language is an advantage
- B Driving license, willingness to travel across the world
