IT Support - Aerospace Industry

Our client specializes in providing public services and their team of app. 50 000 people is responsible for redesigning and improving public services for the benefit of everyone. They work within transport, justice, immigration, healthcare, and other citizen services across these regions: UK & Europe, North America, Asia Pacific and Middle East.

Your tasks:
Providing First line support for the users
Handling incidents, anomalies and troubleshooting
Providing analysis of applications in order to meet customers’ needs
Supporting Second line for SW testing and verification activities

Your profile:
Good knowledge of Linux (as an administrator)
Good knowledge of MS Office package
Knowledge of databases

Bonus knowledge:
Knowledge of Python (or other programming language)
Italian language
