Digital Marketing Manager

Automobilist is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager who will work with us to strengthen our brand.

Your mission:

  • Evaluate current marketing strategy sustainability/effectivity and available tools
  • Develop media plans for lead-generation and brand awareness campaigns in large scale budgets across all digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • Define optimizations, including A/B testing on targeting, bids, keywords and creative assets to improve campaign performance
  • Track and monitor relevant marketing KPIs / ROI efficiency
  • Manage digital analytics and reporting (incl. real-time dashboards, Google analytics)
  • Collaborate with internal team on creative concepts for digital assets
  • Lead the development of our new website, including content management, SEO and design improvements
  • CRM automation

Work Experience Requirements:

  • Ability to challenge status quo and proactively contribute
  • 3+ years of experience in performance and digital marketing and keen interest
  • English language on very good level B2/C1
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver effective paid advertising campaigns
  • Excellent knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics) and the ability to consolidate and analyse data from multiple sources
  • In depth understanding of brand value building and brand identity enhancing
  • Solid experience and proven results in running complex projects
  • Detail and deadline oriented
  • Ability to organize and prioritize
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Technical Competence
  • Knowledge of Communication/Social/Digital platforms (IG, FB, LI, TW, etc.)
  • Educated to degree level in Digital Marketing
