The De'Longhi Group is one of the world's leading players in small domestic appliances associated with the world of coffee, the kitchen, air conditioning, and home care.

In order to address the growth of our business in Czech Republic and Slovakia, currently we are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to join our Team and oversee the business relationship of the company with Key Customers.

Position purpose :

Key Account Manager is responsible for all aspects of activities related to cooperation with the subordinate group of customers; maximizing sales of Delonghi Group products and building positive business relationships.

Location: Prague or Bratislava (and surroundings)

Supervisor: Commercial Director CZ/SK

The basic scope of duties which belongs to the Key Account Manager:

1. Implementation of the Go to Market Model adopted by Delonghi Group

2. Management of allocated budgets

3. Communication and attitude in customer’s relations and within the company

4. Building awareness of Delonghi brands

5. Conducting appropriate administration regarding business operations

Main responsibilities in cooperation with the customers are:

• Maximization of sales result expressed in local currency and delivery of assigned goals

• Maximization of sales shares in product categories offered by Delonghi Group expressed in%;

• Building sales plans to maximize resale from customer to consumer expressed in local currency;

• Building and maintaining positive relationships with all people and functions on the customer’s side;

• Control of receivables / payments for delivered products and obligations to the customer

• Work in an efficient and economical way.

Requirements:

• Proven 3+ years as Key Account Manager for business in FMCG or electro/consumer electronics;

• Deep understanding of e-commerce;

• Analytical skills;

• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation;

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

• Excellent organizational skills

•Communicative English;

• Driving license
