Senior/Order Fulfillment Spec. - Mandarin +ENG-Philips Audio

Based within a Shared Service Centrum in Prague, Senior / Order Fulfilment Specialist for Direct Import is the first & qualified back office contact for Customers in the Segment of Direct Import from China to Europe. Order Fulfilment Specialist for is accountable for ensuring high level of customer´s satisfaction (with regards to order/delivery management and complaints handling), plays strong role in providing support to the European Sales team as well as continuously improving service levels for the company. Furthermore also provides support in knowledge of FOB & Direct Import flows, helps to organize tasks with focus on monitoring activity and results, and supervises related processes.

Responsibilities:

ORDER MANAGEMENT and COMPLAINTS HANDLING

  • Process FOB sales orders in an accurate & timely manner
  • Manage FOB Order Book and maintain its accuracy to ensure high quality reporting
  • Check Sales Container file and follow up maintaining relevant data for Europe
  • Follow up on price discrepancies
  • Support weekly credit evaluation and release to ensure transportation requests in China can be timely issued
  • Keep clear records over incoming and outgoing correspondence & archive all Purchase orders from customers


SALES SUPPORT

  • Support the country sales teames in their day to day activities.
  • Sales data analysis, pricing review, stock availability information, customer/sales office visits
  • Closely keep track of sales plan per guidance from commercial organization, marketing and planning department

COMMUNICATION (External & Internal)

  • Provide clear and qualified information, per guidance from Sales department, towards Customers (on availability, lead time, EDI, etc.)
  • Engage in regular dialogs with other teams - Salesforce, Credit Controllers, Demand Planners, W&D regarding order & complaint status, documents

Requirements:

  • Min. bachelor degree
  • Min. 2 years for Specialist, 5y for Senior of experience in customer relationship and/or supply chain oriented role
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese + English
  • Good hands on with MS office tools, especially Excel, SAP experience is advantage
  • Comprehensive know-how about sales and logistic processes and Order To Cash process
    Experience with EDI in OTC process is an advantage.
  • Very good communication skills, capability of understanding customer needs, emotional balance and mature personality
  • Positive mental attitude, out of box thinking, common sense
  • Team working with responsible and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to work under pressure in an ever-changing environment where deadlines have to be met
  • Ability to recognize and promote automated solutions
