BRANCH MANAGER

We urgently need an enthusiastic, easy-going, yet a truly reliable person who could assist us in business development, in particular:

- developing, maintaining internal procedures and manuals,

- assuring legally correct and business wise appropriate implementation of the above,

- liaising with the Compliance, both internal and external auditors to align with CySEC and ČNB regulations,

- on-going monitoring and account status validation in accordance to Anti Money Laundering, Know Your Client procedures,

- regulatory reporting, communication, and relationship with ČNB,

- business expansion in the Czech Republic,

- coordination and development of business relationship with partners.

What we would be happy to find in you:

- MA or BA degree in economics, finance, investments, or related fields

- 2 years of experience in financial organizations (banks, broker companies, investment companies, stock exchange, insurance companies) in the related fields

- flexibility, determination to achieve goals, effective communication skills, analytical industrious mind, self-confidence

- fluent English

- Czech nationality

A license or other accreditation would be an additional advantage along with preparedness to sit the Cysec Securities and Exchange Commission Advanced Examination.

Salary: 50000-80000 CZK+ bonuses
