In this role you will be driving the recruitment strategy and workforce planning, by seeking out professionals with the right combination of experience, education, and skills to fill a particular position. You will work with hiring managers across the company to develop recruitment plans and write job descriptions.

You will be responsible for the recruitment across 24i in collaboration with our current recruiter based in Amsterdam. You will do more than just recruiting and imbedding the hiring process; beginning with screening applicants and interviewing potential hires, followed by making recommendations, writing offer letters, conducting reference checks and negotiating contracts, you will create talent pipelines and promote the business as an employer of choice able to attract the best candidates directly to us.

Recruitment specialists should typically expect to travel frequently to job fairs, college campuses and to meet with job applicants.

What will you be responsible for:

  • Responsible for the entire recruitment process
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like StackOverflow and Linked in)
  • Maintaining a pool of potential candidates
  • Creating and posting job adverts and other promotional material across a range of channel and social media
  • Reviewing CVs and applications and conducting initial interviews (via phone, video or in-person)
  • Responsible for following and improving recruitment strategy while being in line with the recruitment budget
  • Continuous improvement of recruitment processes
  • Shortlisting of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Scheduling interviews and supporting all stages of the recruitment process
  • Acting as main POC for all candidates, ensuring a high touch and positive candidate experience throughout the entire interview process
  • Negotiate and execute job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
  • Managing a Preferred Supplier List, and negotiating and coordinating with external recruitment agencies
  • Ensuring a high level of data integrity within our ATS: BambooHR and monitoring of key Recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
  • Assisting with preparation for internal and external events to attract talent and drive our employment brand
  • Assistance with Recruitment data reporting
  • Support the HR team to coordinate and deliver onboarding activities

And what should you have to succeed:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in IT field
  • Experience with active sourcing techniques
  • Solid stakeholder management skills
  • Established network and proven recruitment results
  • Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information in a discreet manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with all levels within a business
  • Ability to be independent and work under remote management instructions
  • Willingness to learn how to work with new systems
  • Organisational and multitasking skills and ability to prioritise
  • Language requirement – Czech and English written and spoken
