Your role

We are looking for an HR Liaison Manager to join our team in the global IT service company in Germany. As an HR Liaison Manager, you will be closely cooperating with Sales, Presales and Delivery department, and also be a contact point for various customers in several business domains, such as Utility or Manufacturing.

We are looking for a candidate onsite in Germany or a candidate who is willing to travel 50%.

Your role also includes:

• presales support, joining the meetings with the customers, providing relevant profiles upon the request
• supporting management team to approach new customers
• close collaboration with Delivery and Service managers
• participation on development of good relationship with important stakeholders
• managing the customers’ job request portals
• administration support
• regular reporting

What do we expect?

• you are experienced in cooperation with clients
• you have a good communication and presentation skills
• experience in IT, recruitment, sales or presales is an advantage
• you speak English fluently
• German language will be an advantage
