Under the leadership of Restaurant Manager, you will run a Kitchen operation of our restaurant with a brigade of 6 sous chefs and stewards.

we WANT:

A chef that is a trainer, a coach, a leader!!!
Creativity with a sense of Contemporary F&B.
Strong “process mind” to implement structure and procedures (managing working hours, food cost, menu engineering, purchasing controls…).
Excellent knowledge of the hotel kitchen operations as well as advanced culinary knowledge.
Excellent management skills. Experience in managing teams.
Knowledge of Czech and English, both written and spoken. All other languages are an advantage
Cultural awareness and ability to adapt to the local culture and market.
3 years of experience on the same or similar position, preferably within an international environment, in an independent restaurant or hotel

Your main responsibilities will be leading a team of associates in our Urban Central European Bistro, improving and/or maintaining quality of food, training, coaching, productivity, manpower management and merchandising. Active role in creating fun menus (what is seen is not good enoughJ) and F+B packages as well as sales statistics, food cost, customer feedback and selling prices is required.

CreAtivitY and Health and Safety Procedures (inc. HACCP), will be some of your regular duties.
