Voice and Content Team Manager

General Description

As a Voice and Content Team manager you will join our company in a management position and occupy an important and responsible role in our organization. Your main responsibility would be to lead a small content delivery team, manage cross-company project tasks, supervise a large pool of external service providers, and assure high quality of our application content heard by millions of passengers daily on their way.

You will also serve as a content account management lead for our international customers, actively oversee processing of their requests, create generic and customer specific content in our proprietary CMS, work as a linguist in many languages, and manage related translation and LQA tasks.

You should consider applying if you

  • Have at least three years of experience managing content creation in multiple languages delivered by small to medium size internal teams and external service providers
  • Have experience working on international projects and communicating directly with the end customers
  • Have experience with professional LQA processes
  • Have a general background in IT (ideally some basic programming knowledge)
  • Are able to speak and write in English perfectly
