This is a fantastic opportunity for a smart, ambitious, assertive candidate with strong drive and negotiation skills genuinely interested in segment of commercial real estate.

This position will be ideal for candidates with a brief sales experience in a real estate segment.

You should have previous experience in B2B business development in a real estate segment, at least for 5 years.

Due to a multinational working environment and foreign clients, the business language is Czech/Slovak and very good English (speaking and writing).

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Searching for new tenants in South Moravia region, mainly with focus on industrial segment
  • Your daily job will be: cold calls, e-mails, mettings with current and potential clients, presentations for them and following negotiations about terms and conditions
  • You will be responsible for acquisitions, so you should have market overview focused on companies expanding to South Moravia region
  • Communication with potential tenants, presentation of available spaces, presentation of layouts
  • You will be negotiating terms with current and potential clients
  • Huge part of your job will be communication with existing clients, so you will stay in touch with them and make sure they are happy, satisfied and possibly eager to grow their business with need of new spaces
  • Creating value driven proposals for potential customers, preparation of financial calculations or support the marketing team in creating materials and content for sales pitches and presentations
  • Analyses and report preparation, reporting to Business Development & Acquisition Manager
  • Database updating

Ideal candidate should have actual information about market in terms of projects and competitors in South Moravia region.

What we expect from you:

  • At least bachelor degree from business school
  • Previous experience in B2B business development in real estate segment at least for 5 years is a must have!
  • Advanced knowledge of English
  • You should have interest in real estate field and market overview in South Moravia region
