Salesforce Business Analyst - Philips TV/Audio

Based within the European Shared Service Centre (SSC) in Prague, the Salesforce Business Analyst will deal with various Salesforce analytical, development and architectural tasks for the entire European organisation and beyond. As part of a team they will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of customised solutions for our business. The team supports all internal customers. Versatility to switch between project-based business analysis and Salesforce development and support.

This an exciting time to join the Salesforce Team at TP Vision. There is a major project underway to build an interface with the ERP system as well as a global support rollout with the end goal of creating a centre of excellence for Salesforce development and support.

Responsibility (weighting could change based on business needs):

Business Analysis 50%:

  • Work with business stakeholders and end users to gather, understand and define business requirements
  • Develop user stories/scenarios and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our internal clients
  • Work collaboratively with team members to design and implement effective solutions that meet specialist/global requirements
  • Complete the configuration for user stories within Salesforce using native features and/or customisation
  • Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements
  • Participate in key meetings with stakeholders including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training

Salesforce Support 50%:

  • Help to drive continuous improvement within the own team in the area of Salesforce.com by assessing needs of Sales, Finance and Order Fulfilment
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new features, change requests and maintenance of existing functionalities including automation, scripting, troubleshooting and fine-tuning
  • Participate in projects that involve various stakeholders to introduce new features, promote overall acceptance, increase usability and know-how of Salesforce
  • Perform administrative and analytical tasks such as account creation, mass down- & uploads of credit notes, pricing, customer data, incomplete or incorrect request data and communication with requestors
  • Administrator of Salesforce.com from a development and an architectural point of view

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Min 2 years’ work experience in Sales Cloud (both operations and development)
  • Basic knowledge of Force.com (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL), triggers and classes
  • Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Retail industry experience a bonus
  • Fluent in English, other languages, particularly Mandarin Chinese a big plus
  • Preferred holder of business analyst qualification, BSC or equivalent
  • Demonstrable experience gathering and analysing user requirements and delivering solutions to customers
  • Understanding of Delivery and Project Management frameworks, methodologies, and practices (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
  • Capable of managing many different cases at the same time
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive behavior in order to resolve problems & queries
  • Structured and analytical approach
