Quality Engineer

Job responsibilities:
• Ensure that product and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the Quality management system and customer requirements and appropriate standards
• Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the Quality Management System
• Preparation of Quality reports
• Developing trainings and train employees with regard to quality and improvement subjects
• Handling of Out Of Specification results
• Solving of internal non-conformities and planned deviations, (Analyze failure and cooperate with set up of corrective and preventive actions)
• Maintain the areas for non-conforming products
• Manage rework activities including cost of poor quality
• Review and analyzing of incoming, in-process sampling / control plans
• Interface with engineering and production to ensure compliance with customer requirements
• Cooperate during development and implementation of test and inspection processes for incoming, in-process and final control of component and final devices, coordinate new process techniques that improve efficiencies
• Work with technical staff in performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions to preclude recurrence, develop and improve processes to reduce variability for multiple projects
• Propose product and process improvements based on analyses of internal data
• Cooperate with technical staff in performing of FMEA
• Cooperate with SCAR handling issued based on NCR reports, improve process for supplier data submission to reduce internal inspections
• Cooperate with dispatch or scrapping of nonconforming products


Job qualifications:
• BS degree in Engineering or a technical field or equivalent experience
• Quality Management Systems ( ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820)
• Risk Management ISO 14971
• Work independently and with team members
• Organisation skills
• English at Business and Technical proficiency at C1 level
• Demonstrated problem solving and root cause analysis skills, ability to identify problems, develop and implement actions to resolve them
• Thinking in solutions, socially skilled and communicative, ability to motivate and influence people to achieve customer satisfaction
• The ability to work under pressure
