Finance Manager

Job specifics

  • Managing monthly financial closures
  • Supervision and responsibility for full accounting procedures
  • Cooperate with a team of accountants in an outsource accounting environment covering billing, accounts payables, general ledger and collections to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met for the legal entities
  • People management, leading of five member finance/administration team
  • Reporting and financial analysis
  • Profit and loss analysis
  • Management of cash collection procedures
  • Cash flow management and cost optimization
  • Budgeting/annual planning and forecasting activities
  • Support annual audits
  • Project and financial controlling in collaboration with project and line managers
  • Strong communication with the business areas, regional and group headquarter
  • Support of financial projects (ERP implementation)

Ideal candidate has

  • University with a focus on economics / finance / management
  • At least 3+ years relevant experience
  • Strong financial controlling skillset and accounting skills
  • Minimum solid people management experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong data handling and analytical skills, ability to develop current, learn new, and implement improved methodological approaches
  • Ability to work under pressure, flexibility
  • Strong result orientation and pro-activity with a high degree of internal customer orientation
  • Team player
  • Advanced English language, German language is advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
