Customer Support with Spanish/Portuguese

We just won the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 in the Rising Stars category and we're looking for new colleagues to help us go further. The ideal candidate has an interest in financial markets, has a knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese language and would love to become part of a meaningful and exciting project with the highest ambitions.

Job description:

• Full–time
• Support to our clients (problem-solving, answering questions, phone calls). No cold calls.
• Working with internal applications.
• In case of interest, writing Forex-related articles.
• Occasional translations from Czech to Spanish or Portuguese and vice versa.

Requirements:

• Highly motivated and results-driven person.
• Perfect knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese language.
• Knowledge of Forex trading.
• Good organisational skills, good time-management.
• Customer Service orientation/experience.
