RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop business through new business development activities: identify right customer, understand client’s needs, present the offer, win a new contract.
  • Structure sales approach to a company and to sales team.
  • Manage and perform all Sales activities for the company in the country.
  • Key account management with key existing clients & ensure consistent long term business.
  • Creating new and developing existing services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through regular contact with potential customers & close analysis of the local market – strong networking activities.
  • Contribute to the long term profitability of the business through innovative thinking and aggressive sales activities.
  • Leading, coaching and developing team of sales representatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience as a Sales or Business Development Manager in the Facility/Property management industry – minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Leadership experience - minimum 3 years. Leading people by example.
  • Strong experience with quotations and structured sales process.
  • Willingness to take responsibility for the overall sales budget and formulate a clear sales strategy.
  • Strong experience with business development activities.
  • Proactive person – entrepreneurial mind-set.
  • Preferred education: University degree in technical or facility management area.
  • English level minimum B2, German is an advantage.
