WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• building a positive image of the club
• prepare policy, standards, and documents for decisions
• provide internally services and support to sport, marketing and finance department
• manage relationships with club partners and stakeholders
• overall arrangement of Company’s operations in the area of Maintenance, Procurement,
facility management and Security - daily cooperation with Company’s contractors
• overall organisation of the match day
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and
long-term goals
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and
regulations
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
• Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
• Support worker communication with the management team

WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW AND HAVE:
• passion for sport
• Be a real team player
• practical knowledge of the operations processes ideally from sport environment
• Experience in management, operations, facility management and leadership
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• availability of time - matches are held on weekends; readiness for business trips
