In this position you will be primarily responsible for the support of the sales team and division manager, for the preparation of presentations, handbooks and marketing collaterals, offers for customers, online media activities which directly support the company’s business development efforts, division reporting, partly Office management activities including processing incoming phone calls and Customer service department support. You will be responsible for the management of G360 online platform.

Assist with special projects as needed in the Marketing Services Department, such as email campaigns, internal communications, trade-show support, list management, data collection, and surveys. Perform other duties as assigned.

- Supports Regional/Country Marketing Manager on regional/country marketing projects and innovation teams to further develop product portfolio and/or customer segment programs
- Supports continuous improvement of business processes in the product portfolio or customer segment

Delivering Results
- Ensures consistent application of all relevant policies and procedures
- Ensures clear and timely communication to all internal and external interfaces
- Processes all necessary administration and documentation in her/his area of responsibility
- Prepares all information material needed to support the superior/team in the organizational unit
- Provides data analysis support to division manager, customer, competitor information trends
- Helps Marketing Manager to support the ID organization with product/segment specific marketing material and information

• Has very good PC skills
• Must work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines
• Communicative and willing to learn new things
• Fluent English in speaking and writing, any other European language is a plus
• Organizational skills
• Experience supporting sales & marketing team preferred
