Experienced finance manager / Zkušený finanční manažer

We are looking for an experienced person with extended knowledge of financial and legal issues

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Supervision of accounting of AMCON Europe and international daughter company
  • Controlling and reporting of business operations
  • Co-operation with sales, design, R&D and production teams
  • Writing/verifying contracts, solving legal issues including daughter company
  • Supervision of financial audits and related internal processes
  • Communication with banks, payment approvals
  • Organizing bank guarantees and letters of credit
  • Forex risks, spot and forward operations
  • Supervision of office and facility management and related budget
  • Administration related to EU funds (OPPIK)
  • Leading the team of four people
  • Negotiation with property landlord
  • Various projects – improvement of ERP etc.

Key skills we require:

  • Great leadership skill
  • Minimum 8 years of overall experience in finance and legal processing
  • Excellent communication skill – oral, written
  • Advanced level of German language is a must - you will communicate to german speaking accountants
  • Advanced level of English - for daily business
  • Advanced level of Czech language - to communicate with employees and partners
