This is a Sales Consultant position focussed on selling Project Management Software to companies primarily in the Czech Republic. We are looking for enthusiastic sales professional with a background in Sales, and native Czech language.

The Client

Our client is a growing, successful Czech technology firm that is expanding into international territory – a company that has grown organically and has made a success of developing and selling project management software with integrated modules and tools.

This is a company that is strong both in local markets, but has also made a success of branching into international markets like Germany, France, Italy and even Japan!

The Sales Consultant role

For this company, we are currently seeking an ambitious Sales Consultant, that will be driving local sales in the Czech market.

Responsibilities

This person will:

  • Gather leads generated from our client’s comprehensive online marketing campaigns. These leads will be largely warm, and the contacts you will be calling should have at least some familiarity with the product
  • Call in and create business opportunities. Make contact with Project Managers and company CFOs. You will be aiming to make large deals selling project management software licenses in the 10s to 100s. This software is of high quality and is competitive on local and international markets
  • Demonstrate the software to the customers; understand the technology and how it functions on a deep level. Be sensitive to their needs and questions, so you can show them how the technology best suits to their needs. In specific cases, sell packages that complement the offering; e.g. premium software support and premium software updates
  • Work closely with your team and surrounding colleagues to learn about the technology, in order to be an expert and demonstrate with confidence. Ultimately, win consistent sales and hit your target
  • Work with your manager to give accountability on current sales, pipeline and results

Experience & Requirements that we are searching for

We will be interested in candidates with the following experience and skills:

  • Completed Secondary Education a must. University Education appreciated but not required
  • Candidates with Sales Experience will be at a strong advantage for this role
  • Experience with technology or technology selling warmly welcomed
  • Fluent spoken and written Czech language a must
  • At least intermediate English language required
  • Willingness & enthusiasm to be engaged on the basis of Živnostenský List (IČO)
  • Sales energy, drive and ambition
  • Drive and desire to learn and sell technologies
  • Self-starter mindset. You must be curious, and actively inquisitive
  • Team-player approach is required
