Job duties:

· To provide directions, oversight and overall management of DXN CZ Branch office and its operations in the line with DXN´s core values and principles

· To establish Czech Marketing and Sales strategy development and develop a country strategy to achieve appointed targets in the Czech market

· To develop and provide an organizational culture that attracts, retains and motivates staff and distributors, in which individuals constantly seek to learn and improve their performance and the performance of the company

· Direct and supervise the duties and responsibilities of the Marketing department

· Overall coordination of training plans and ensure effective execution of all Sales and Training plans and programs

· Improve Country´s monthly sales analysis and provide an action plan

· Creating and maintaining good relationship among employees, members and leaders, ensuring there is constant motivation among all distributors, and developing a positive atmosphere at the workplace

· Being responsible for market intelligence to assist in market study competitor´s activities and analysis

· To ensure that all processes and actions are in line with the law and internal policies of the company; in close coordination with our lawyer.

· Direct and supervise the duties and responsibilities of Sales Counter Operations, Warehousing, Customer Service, Finance and HR & Admin

· Perform proof-reading and editing of marketing materials including correspondence letters of all departments prior to dissemination and social media posting

· Active communication and cooperation with International Marketing Director, HQ and other Country Managers

· Responsible to prepare monthly fund requisition to HQ Finance

· To standardize all processes in operation and marketing and monitor the progress of proper implementation of the approved SOPs in all departments

· Reporting to IMD and HQ (such as monthly Sales and stock report, monthly sales analysis and action plan, quarterly budget monitoring, weekly and monthly expenses report)

· Ability to speak English fluently (C1)
