Global Payments s.r.o. is a joint venture company between Global Payments Inc, CaixaBank and Erste Group Bank AG that delivers acquiring and payment processing services to businesses in the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia and Austria.

We are looking for a hardworking and highly-motivated candidate for Account Manager position to maintain and drive the business development through various sales activities and campaigns on the market in the Czech Republic.

Responsibilities

- Managing accounts within assigned region
- Maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities with them and for winning new merchants in conjunction with the CSAS bank or through own efforts or responding to merchants RFP
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business across the region
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions
- Identifying and assessing a client's critical needs
- Identifying short and long term growth opportunities
- Presenting business proposals to prospective clients
- Focus on acquisition activity


Skills, qualifications and knowledge

- Fluent in Czech and in English
- Previous experience in account management or territory sales
- Strong account management and relationship building skills
- Experience of managing major accounts
- Highly self-motivated
- Excellent presentation skills
- Skilled communicator able to convince people internally as well as externally
