HR Manager/Senior HR Generalist

HR MANAGER

Mission

Our success and the aim to provide "your perfect climate" for customers and employees, is directly tied to the role of the HR Manager in our plant in Hrusky. This role will actively support our employees and local management in reaching our mission with managing day-to-day operations of Human Resources.

In your responsibility as HR Manager you will establish and drive best practices for policies, procedures, employee relations, benefits and compensations, and recruitment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and related legislation
  • Be part of the local management team
  • Support the management team in their management role
  • Handle any employee relation cases in the plant
  • Work closely with the Plant Manger and the Global HR Team
  • Drive and proactively manage the talent acquisition process for the location
  • Ensure compensation and benefits principles
  • Drive the employee onboarding process and support training and development initiatives
  • Independently establish best practices, policies and procedure in line with the global guidelines
  • Manage performance management process locally
  • Promote and drive HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Absence Management
  • Support organizational development activities

Qualification/Experience/Skills/Ability

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience as HR Generalist/HR Manager role
  • Strong labor law knowledge required
  • Track record in employee relations
  • Czech and English language skills required
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skill
  • Great problem solving and conflict management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and record keeping skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a global matrix structure
  • Hands-on mentality
