We educate future programmers, enabling a start in the IT industry for everyone and we cooperate with the largest IT companies in the world to help them in finding the best employees! SDA is the largest IT Academy in CEE. We teach how to code and we do it... great!

We started our first courses in 2014.
We train programmers in 35 cities and 9 countries across Europe.

  • Proven experience (min. 3 years) in sales, preferably, to individual customers (confirmed by recommendations).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in team management (in the role of Team Leader/Coordinator/Manager or similar).
  • Ability to lead presentations for the customers as well as hands-on approach.
  • Great analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to set up priorities and organize a very dynamic environment to well-organized engine.
  • Experience in growing the business through implementing best group’s standards under the supervision of superior, achieving KPIs and implementing processes.
  • Proactiveness in executing the goals as well as the profit budget.
  • Understanding of highly-scalable environment and necessity to response for the market needs.
  • Self-motivation and very high level of responsibility.
  • Very good command of English is required.


  • Executing the income & profit plan for the local branch.
  • Leading sales activities, growing the business and increasing profitability.
  • Contact with Clients and representing SDA in Czech Republic.
  • Leading the presentation (Informational Meetings/Webinars) for potential customers.
  • Managing the track of KPIs for the Region together with implementation necessary changes in order to achieve the goals.
  • Delivering monthly, quarterly and annual targets for revenue, profits and cash.
  • Recruiting and managing staff, including performance monitoring, mentoring and training.


  • Full-time contract.
