What is waiting for you

  • Overall management of FiCo, HR, IT functions within Shared Services CZ
  • Lead SSC team with passion, natural authority, professional competence and by example
  • Coordinate planning process (annual budget, MTP) and support Division Management in planning processes together with local financial controller
  • Provide Division Management with accurate, timely reporting and analysis consistent with SFS Group guidelines and SFS reporting deadlines (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization and aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Propose to and discuss with Division Management regular salary and wage adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements for SFS legal entities in CZ
  • Lead the development and monitoring of Internal Controls System (ICS)
  • Develop and monitor overall local IT strategy, systems and procedures across the organization and aligned with the overall business management strategy.

What skills and knowledge should you posses

  • BS Accounting or similar from a 4 year accredited college or university
  • 5 years minimum experience in finance / accounting preferably in a manufacturing industry
  • SAP experience strongly desired
  • prior experience working in an international business environment and/or a Shared Services environment (FiCo / HR / IT)
  • demonstrated leadership / supervisory experience in current or previous professional position(s)
  • full command of English with capability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
  • cooperative, service oriented, internal customer centric
