Business Development Manager (A7)

Business Development Manager

  • Proactively participate in new business development in the US and EU
  • Represent company and services to target clients/prospects in target markets
  • Develop and scope business opportunities as per company strategy
  • Actively participate in negotiating, budgeting and bid defence
  • Act as a key contact point for largest or significant company accounts/prospects
  • Developing and maintaining a well-coordinated internal relationship with key decision-makers within the organisation
  • Deliver assigned targets and KPIs

Job description

  • Excellence in communication with clients and prospecting
  • Delivering solutions to issues in collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Effectively manage and build relationships with prospects and lead opportunities from starting point up to deal closure
  • Excellent result delivery in line with company strategy
  • Good market/services understanding in order to reach target clients
  • 2nd Point of Contact with prospects after receiving qualified leads from a Lead Developer
  • The first point of contact for presenting Arriello by phone and face to face
  • Clearly defines and scopes opportunities to ensure that opportunity is in line with company strategy
  • Good financial/profitability understanding
  • Ability to run portfolio and monitor the financial field of live opportunities

Requirements

  • A person with industry experience (Pharmaceutical)
  • Experience in CRO or Service provider company would be as an advantage
  • At least basic understanding of Pharmacovigilance activities
  • Preferably 3-5 years Business Development experience with a proven record of results
  • The intelligent, hungry and determined person with a pleasant character
  • Willingness to travel
