Order Fulfillment Leader - TV/Audio Philips

TP Vision Europe B.V. Branch Czech Republic is looking for a an experienced Order process Leader to join our team within the Shared service center in Prague. Order Fulfillment Leader is responsible for the team that manages cluster of South Europe concerning the order fulfillment process, running the automation and improvements processes across organization in supply chain area. The position oversees the order tracking process and ensures the orders are processed in accordance with the organization's customer service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the whole Order fulfillment process of the cluster South Europe (Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, Greece, Malta, and Cyprus)
  • Leading team of 8 people (2 direct reports), regular meetings with the team, coaching of individuals, performance reviews, managing resources within the team and ensuring back-up structure is in place
  • Ensure all incoming orders are processed properly/on-time, deliveries are scheduled according to customer requirements, pallets/Trucks are utilized, Revenue is recognized in line with company policy, claims are processed properly
  • Secure EDI process is working with given customers
  • Identify the improvement needs of processes and lead the changes, project management
  • Secure Flow charts/Work instructions and secure the knowledge over the processes inside the team
  • Continue improvement of customer satisfaction index
  • Secure good communication within the team and with relevant stakeholders (Customers, Sales director, KAMs, Collection team)
  • Securing review meetings with Sales organization and with Distribution centers
  • SAP Key user for Sales distribution module
  • Ensuring participation in external and internal audits
  • Participate in Logistics or Cross-functional projects

We require:

  • University degree preferably in economics or business administration (or extensive experience)
  • Min. 10 years of professional experience in order management process, supply chain and logistics
  • Deep knowledge of order to cash, order management, customer service and logistics processes
  • Seasoned leader with min. 5 years of managerial experience of larger team
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, ability to motivate, develop and influence
  • Experience in SSC organization or multinational company environment highly welcome
  • Project management experience
  • SAP knowledge, good Excel skills & analytical capability
  • Fluent in English, any other cluster language is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, clear and direct, positive mental attitude, out of box thinking

  • Proactive behavior in order to resolve problems & queries with analytical and efficiency focus
  • Structured approach & close loop follow up
  • Project management and get things done orientation
