Limestone Digital is a fast-growing software design and development
services company.
We are looking for an experienced Business Development representative
who will be leading Limestone Digital's business development and sales
efforts through online and offline channels.
The Business Development Director must have a strong background in
sales of technology services to multiple industries and a proven track
record. The role will focus on driving new sales and working on existing
relationships to further drive growth within existing client accounts.

Requirements:

- 2+ yrs of hands-on experience in Business Development or similar
position in sales
- Advanced English knowledge (C1 and higher), native speaker ideally
- Demonstrable track record of identifying and closing new business with
midsize and large companies selling software development services
- Strategical thinker and ability to research and choose target markets
based on the company’s know-how
- Candidate must be team player, self-motivated, well-organized, strong
communicator, driven and committed
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with strict timescales
- Excellent communicator and able to maintain a good working relationship
with various shareholders
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Excellent sales skills

Responsibilities:

- Generate new business
- Up-sell and cross-sell existing clients
- Build and manage sales/BD team
- Develop a BD plan and strategy and lead cross-functional execution
against defined business milestones and metrics
- Record all client-facing activities in CRM, clearly and punctually, hands
on experience using one
- Develop and modify business development activities
