Private Market Excellence Coordinator contributes to maximising the effectiveness of sales force activities within the global business strategy of Sanofi Pasteur through active participation in the processes of distribution and settlement of sales targets, as well as participation in the incentive processes of sales departments. This position is also responsible for technical support in shaping incentive systems corresponding to changes in the market environment and for the processes of optimising the use of Sales Force human resources by shaping the size, structure, territorial allocation and targeting of sales force.

Main reponsibilities inlcude:

  • Coordinating the process of targets distribution from the national level to the level of the representative
  • Cooperating with BI in providing sales departments with data necessary for the process of setting sales targets
  • Coordinating the process of calculating sales bonuses, product awards and coordination of sales competitions
  • Suggesting and implementing motivational tools for sales teams adequate to business needs and market environment by creating clear and fair bonus & reward systems as well as unambiguous and transparent ranking systems
  • Recommending and implementing human resources allocation in line with the best industry benchmarks, responsibility for process of optimising size and allocation of sales force
  • Supervision over the system structure and parameterisation in accordance with the principles of the marketing plan


  • Education: University degree
  • Experience as a Sales Representative or a similar position min. for 2 years
  • Advanced level of English and Czech/Slovak language
  • Good understanding of sales environment
  • Previous experience within pharmaceutical industry
  • High level of analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
