We’re looking for a new face of GoodData in the recruitment area. Someone who’s passionate about recruitment and keeps up with all the latest trends in the IT market. We want you to be the perfect middleman who understands the needs of your hiring managers and helps them engage candidates during a smooth recruitment process and get a better understanding of what working with GoodData is all about. Who’s able to arrange the whole recruitment process in a way that will make a positive experience for both the candidates and the hiring managers.

We want you to own and drive the end-to-end hiring process of new colleagues for our offices in Prague and Brno. Our hiring managers are happy to help you understand our business, processes and all you need as well as specifics of individual teams and they are very actively engaged in the recruitment process. However, they need a professional recruitment partner to drive and coordinate all the activities and help them with sourcing and attracting talent for a variety of DevOps, Professional Services and Customer Support roles.
We’re well aware there’s always a lot to improve. In the area of recruitment, it will be up to you - the recruitment process, our ATS system, the way we communicate with candidates, there are a lot of opportunities to come up with new ideas and make a difference. We’re a team and we’re happy to help you, but you will be the owner of continual improvement.
We’re not a big team and we work quite closely together. You’ll be part of the team and will have opportunities to participate in various HR activities and projects, learn new things and help us get better in all the great things you already know.
Last but not least, you will meet and interview international colleagues so we need you to be strong in English.
