International successful developer is searching for a Junior Development Analyst to join the company and support their current as well as upcoming projects on the group level.

They are specifically looking for a bright minds, who enjoy working with data, have strong analytical skills, advance knowledge/usage of Excel and are detail oriented.

Your main responsibilities as a Junior Development Analyst will involve:

• Regularly review and update investment project performance – Liaise with local teams
• Regularly update market research database from various sources
• Participate on strategy papers, budgeting process and cash flow projections
• Proofread and format investment memos
• Setting up initial development appraisals
• Regular updates of management reports
• Support the team with ad hoc reporting tasks

Your Competencies:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in finance / economics
• Analytical thinking
• Attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to manage large quantities of data, highly organized
• Responsibility, ability to keep deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure
• Interest to work in real estate
• Comfortable with PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate effectively in English

Previous experience in a real estate segment is a great advantage but not a must have. On the other hand you should be at least passionate about real estate segment and have some brief overview.
