AFTER SALES SERVICE MANAGER DE’LONGHI PRAGUE

As Aftersales Service manager in De’Longhi you would manage the after sales processes, delivering excellent support and management of the service network to meet and exceed the expectation of our consumers in the post purchase experience.

Key responsibilities:

· Management and control of service network in Czech and Slovakia;

· Aftersales budget management;

· Organize and animate technical trainings inside and outside the company on all our products;

· Study the possible improvements and adjustments of the processes and products;

What we expect:

· At least 3 years experience in service / aftersales in a technical company;

· Organized, good oral and written communication;

· Spirit of initiative, taste for challenges;

· Orientation to team work;

· Driving Licence;

· Fluent Czech and English
