COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR (later MANAGING DIRECTOR)

Our client is a smaller profitable and very well-established Sales/IT company operating across a wide range of industries over 20 years providing hi-end industrial IT solutions that empowers B2B clients in the Czech and Slovak market. The client is looking to hire a talented Commercial Director that would take the position of Managing Director later.

COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR (later MANAGING DIRECTOR)

Your role:

You will be responsible for the business and marketing strategy on the Czech and Slovak markets.
Identify new market opportunities, product strategy and marketing operations.
Develop and implement new innovative sales initiatives, strategies and programs to meet sustainable growth.
Communication with supplier(s) of SW solutions.
Lead a team of approx. 20 subordinates in Sales and Technical department.
Ensure efficient use of resources by coaching, monitoring and assigning the work to team members.
Development and control of financial reporting structure, reporting to the parent company.
Within approx. 2 years take over the Managing Director role.


What are we expecting from you?

Master degree (MBA will be appreciated) in Technical, IT, Economical or Financial field.
+10 years of experience as Sales Director, Head of Business Development, Business Development Director or equivalent level role.
Managerial experience.
Proven experience of developing successful commercial strategy and its execution within a B2B sales company. Experience in sales of SW products in B2B area is a big advantage.
Proven analytical skills and detail orientation.
Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills.
Open, initiative, honest, stable and loyal person.
Able to guide, direct, and influence people.
Fluent English and Czech.
Very good comprehension of MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Driving licence.
Location in Hradec Králové area.
