Resource Management Analyst / Sr.Analyst

Job Summary

Reporting to the Resource Management Group Lead, this position will be part of a three-person team providing insightful analysis to the wider business about current and future workforce and employment metrics, resource and skill forecasts and relevant cost and financial reports relating to the existing global workforce. This role will be expected to interact with a range of senior stakeholders and present to multiple groups remotely. Attention to detail is a key aspect of this role as it will feed organizational strategic planning.

Responsibilites

  • Accountability for gathering accurate Labour planning inputs
  • Work closely with the Resource Management Analyst to translate raw data into leadership metrics and dashboards
  • Set up, and then facilitate Labour Demand/Supply planning process
  • Perform Data analysis, Data forecasting and Data modelling
  • Accountability for providing additional inputs from market intelligence and by processing available data by data modelling and data forecasting, thus creating meaningful outputs to be shared with stakeholders
  • Monitor external HCM trends both regularly as well as ad hoc (TBC), Apply outputs of Market intelligence/research and external environment scan translated into labour plans
  • Accountability for actively partnering with stakeholders (Business, HR, IT, Finance) in order to be improving value of the process
  • Driving financial optimization of the supported businesses by resource optimization
  • Perform regular and ad hoc Workforce Analytics - propose and design series of HR metrics and their measurement from existing systems incl. data mapping, extraction, processing and some possible automation


Skills and experience

  • University level – Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science
  • Data modeling and forecasting, experience with statistical tools preferred.
  • Data scientist, Big data advantageCoding, programming (excel VBA, Sharepoint flows, some other common programming language) to enable automation as much as possible wherever possible on all tasks and activities
  • Automation, HML, AI experience advantage MS IT proficiency
  • Storytelling - value marketing - translating HR to business terms and vice versa
  • Creating visual presentations, using infographics, creating videos, storytelling skillset preferred
    Stakeholder management and influencing
  • Experience within the Human Resources field is preferred
  • English fluency must, Czech bonus but not needed
