Head of Operations CZ


Head of Operations (Country Manager for the Czech Republic) will be developing branches in the field of health care.


Main responsibilities:

  • Coaching of branch managers
  • Developing branches
  • “Hiring firing” responsibility
  • Directly managing budget
  • P&L responsibility
  • Implementation of changes, setting new processes and procedures
  • Cooperation with other functions in matrix structure (Finance, HR, Quality,..)
  • Reporting to European HQ


Requirements:

  • University degree in business or equivalent
  • Experience in management of people and organisation with several centres ideally in medical sector
  • Experience with leading and managing a team
  • Fluency in English required
  • Budget responsibility

Location of the person will be flexible.
