Export Manager pro region DACH & WE

Elem6 s.ro. is international consumer electronics company with a high quality and innovative portfolio of products.

The company is now looking for a Export Manager DACH + WE who reports to the Group Sales Director and is responsible for developing and managing sales channels as well as the external sales and distribution partners. The Export Manager will provide tactical and strategic leadership and direction to significant grow the market through channel distribution.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of short, mid and long-term strategies and plans to drive the business forward with a focus on stereo products
  • Driving the business based on a selective retailer program
  • Expansion of the business in all relevant consumer electronic channels
  • Close collaboration with external partners and leadership of the external and internal sales team
  • Monthly update on 12 months rolling forecast analyses
  • Development and management of scorecard to measure business results against plan
  • Implementation of marketing and PR strategy in the DACH + WE region

Profile:

  • +3 years of experience in consumer electronics, software or services business development
  • Proven track record (preferable with a vendor) in dealing with major retail chains, buying groups, and Amazon
  • Ability to provide proactive advice or solutions to complex issues and to manage through difficult customer escalations and demands
  • Conveyance and demonstration of adherence to corp values, goals, and objectives
  • Affinity and passion for new technology, wireless digital consumer products, all things electronic and digital
  • Supervision of internal and external teams
  • Creative mind with a good sense of what is needed for consumer conversion in retail
  • Action oriented, to take on the ownership of open issues and the ability to interface successfully with interdepartmental teams/management
  • Strategic thinker and ability to adopt to existing business structures as well as ability to define and recommend of improvement or change of these structures
  • Strong leadership, management and entrepreneurial skills
  • Energetic driver with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong team player mentality
  • Higher educational level
  • Working fluency in English & German language. Medium Czech language and written skills needed
