The Office Manager represents the company when handling incoming phone calls and receiving guests. He/she also takes care of contracts and relations with vendors and partners.

The Office Manager makes sure that the office is a well-organized, friendly and professional work environment.

About the office

Our office is in Modletice, outside Prague. We have about 25 people, originating from many different countries. The wellbeing of these people is important, and the workspace plays an important role in this. We constantly look for ways to make it better. Our common language is English.


Welcoming guests and handling phone calls

Ensure tidy offices, instructing the cleaning lady when necessary.

Look after office supplies, plants, coffee etc.

Support the Branch Manager with HR-related tasks, such as setting up employment contracts, keeping track of holidays, trainings, illness etc.

Run errands to the post office, shops, customs brokers or foreign police. When required guide a foreign client at/to these locations.

Fluency in English and Czech

Excellent computer skills

High level of organization and accuracy

Not afraid to step out of your comfort zone

Ability to work under stress

Czech residence and work permit
