E-commerce Operation Specialist

What is waiting for you

This is a challenging opportunity for a young professional with already 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce content management role (mandatory) to integrate a fast growing, business driven, ecommerce team

In this role you will be responsible to manage and upload product information and visual merchandising materials on the Acer web Stores.

Key activities and responsibilities:

  • Collect, edit, and upload of product images
  • Support with the Content Management Systems (CMS) and category/product level maintenance of the website
  • Create and maintain product pages and promotions on the Magento platform in multiple sites/languages
  • Take part into the monthly activities planning
  • Localize and upload visual merchandising materials (Sales offers activities / bundles …)
  • Synchronize product information between the Acer Global Website and the Acer Store
  • Update homepage/category pages content
  • At ease with analytical data management (excel)
  • Ability to select, brief & drive effectively agencies

What skills and knowledge should you posses

  • *mandatory*: knowledge and experience of CMS tools is a must
  • very good Microsoft Office suite knowledge
  • Basic HTML knowledge

  • Proactive and fast to solve issues
  • Ability to coordinate internally and externally with all stakeholders
  • Familiar with continuous improvement and dashboard driven.
  • Ability to work remotely from coworkers and supervisors

  • Availability for occasional travels

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree minimum; Digital Marketing or Communications specializations are preferred
  • 3-5 years in an eCommerce management role with daily usage of a CMS tool
  • Preferable some International Sales web site maintenance experience and Marketing assets management

Languages

  • Ability to communicate 100% in English (Including strong writing skills)
  • Fluency in other European languages is a strong plus

Which competences are an advantage

Strong preference for candidates with Magento experience.
