GoodAI Applied is looking for proactive and experienced Business Development Manager.


  • Responsible for bringing new business and keeping the current clients at the highest satisfaction levels
  • Actively bringing new leads
  • Actively participate in events, conferences, tradeshows to meet in person key stakeholders
  • Analyze and understand which problems the clients are facing and how we are solving them
  • Create complete proposals and be able to communicate complex value propositions to C-Level managers
  • Communicate client's needs to the internal engineering team and work along with them throughout the whole project


  • Experience in business development and/or sales
  • Basic knowledge of AI, ML and related fields
  • Basic knowledge of process optimization and digitization
  • Basic technical skills (YAML and/or XML knowledge, algorithmization)
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • A logical approach to problem solving/analyzing
