Digital Marketing Manager | Marketing of Investment Products

Our client is seeking a high-performing Digital Marketing Manager to take over full responsibility for our digital sales funnel, inbound traffic and leads generation and monetization. This position will report directly to Head of Sales & Distribution.

A suitable candidate should be a digital-first thinker, experienced with digital marketing (from SEO through to content and video marketing, social media marketing, as well as paid advertising and retargeting), and a data driven person, who is capable to regularly and systematically analyse available data and optimize various campaigns. Such candidate should also be able to coordinate and instruct external partners and vendors, report commercial results internally, have a deep understanding of market / big data analysis and have ability to grow and optimize digital marketing campaigns. Past B2C experience in banking / financial services sector is advantage but not must.

The Role

  • Design, execution and management of the digital marketing campaigns (Google AdWords, Sklik, Social media, etc.)
  • Close collaboration with product and creative teams to design communication and campaigns
  • Design, execution and management of Direct communication with consumers, running effective emailing or SMS campaigns
  • Determine ROI and KPI for lead generation and sales activities
  • Plan and manage Digital channel budget
  • Bring creative ideas to the table as how to generate new leads for Sales team
  • Measure, optimize and report the whole digital marketing funnel (visits, sessions, bounce rates, conversions to opportunities and revenue) to optimize the lead generation and conversion process
  • Design, maintain and develop client database

Your Profile

  • Minimal 3 years of proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, database marketing, emails, social media, performance or display advertising campaigns
  • Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Sklik skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a very strong understanding of web analytics, marketing analytics, and ROI attribution
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, measurement and business intelligence
  • Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting
  • Self-starter with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, self-driven, ambitious digital marketer
  • Ability to actively communicate in Czech and English (written and spoken) at least intermediate level
