In March 2021, KOTVA PRAGUE DEPARTMENT STORE will re-open its doors, and we are seeking candidates with the right experience, who are passionate about fashion, design and hospitality to join our new team.
Regarded as one of the most exciting retail projects happening today, KOTVA PRAGUE will change the retail landscape in the Czech Republic. We currently have a vacancy open for Marketing Manager who will be responsible for positioning our new brand in the marketplace.

Head of Marketing KOTVA Department Store

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting research to define the target audience

Building relationships with partners (brands), and gaining an understanding of their brand development strategies

Executing the brand vision & building the KOTVA PRAGUE brand in the market

Managing your team of marketeers

Drive marketing initiatives to deliver footfall to support the expected turnover

Planning annual marketing calendar

Executing appropriate marketing campaigns & activities across all marketing channels

Attracting customers through relevant in-store events and initiatives

Media selection & PR communication

In-store communication

Developing the CRM & loyalty program

We require:

Previous work experience as a Marketing Manager

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Confident and dynamic personality

Passion for fashion

Retail experience is a must!!!

University degree

Fluent English
