The HR Associate plays a key role in providing support for the entire Human Resources department and other cross functional teams across the whole organization. The team is responsible for providing technical services and support for SAP’s internal HR cloud solution which supports processes and programs related to Talent Acquisition, On-Boarding, Data Management, Talent Management, Compensation Planning and Learning, and much more.
As the role is in a global shared service environment, the candidate must be at ease working across cultures, and must be flexible in adjusting work hours when needed.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Provide high level of customer service to internal customers
  • Support end-user tickets submitted by receiving, responding, and closing all queries received once completed
  • Ensure data quality for processes owned and follow up in case a gap is identified
  • Support system administration activities
  • Partner closely with various team members to ensure service level agreements are met and a high level of customer service is provided
  • Drive for Improvement & Innovation
  • Work on other HR tasks/initiatives as required

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Strong verbal/written English communication skills required
  • Ability to adapt and work in a changing and culturally diverse environment
  • High level organizational skills and attention to detail required
  • Personal leadership: be pro-active in achieving the shared purpose and goals of the team by sharing ideas and process improvements
  • Focus: understand needs of client groups and consistently meet or exceed expectations
  • Ownership: personally responsible and accountable for achieving individual and team performance goals
  • Integrity: proven ability to handle confidential information and situations with complete confidentiality and discretion


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Preferably 0-1 years experienced employees specializing in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition/HRIS/Data Management/HR Reporting and Analytics or equivalent
  • Experience with various HR systems preferred
  • Help Desk experience is a plus; but not required
